Alejandra is a consultant, international trainer and speaker, accredited teacher of the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Program of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, co-active coach PCC-CPCC and NLP Practitioner.
She currently works as an academic collaborator at the University of Barcelona, UNED, IED, IE and Financial Times and gives training within companies for managers, executives, businessmen and entrepreneurs.
She is the Director of the MBSR Program at the University of Barcelona and of the advanced Mindfulness courses for the MBI (Mindfulness Based Interventions) Practitioners.
Alejandra is the Founder and Director of Mindtraining.
She studied Law in Madrid and has worked in Madrid, Barcelona, Luxembourg, France and Belgium, where she has been working as a legal advisor and consultant.
Alejandra was born in Venezuela and moved to Spain at the age of 12. Since than she has traveled extensively throughout Europe, America, Africa and Asia and has lived more than 20 years abroad.
Her passion is to evoke deep transformation at the individual, team and organizational levels. Clients describe her style as conscious, reliable, transforming and oriented to results.
She currently works with clients in Spain, Europe, Latin America, Australia and the United States and loves to work in a multicultural environment.
