Gregg was part of the ground breaking team that opened the first wave of Starbucks stores in Canada.
With a strong interest in creating lasting leadership behaviours, he then worked with one of the most challenging and rewarding groups of people—prisoners in federal penitentiaries.
Currently, Gregg speaks extensively on leadership and change and works with numerous fortune 500 companies.
Gregg is the author of Ready, Set, Change AGAIN!
Gregg has been featured nationally and internationally in media such as Entrepreneur and Thrive Global and numerous HR publications. Gregg has been called “The Fixer” by CKNW - I Heart Radio, and has shared his expertise on Global News and CTV’s The Social.
Gregg holds a Master’s degree from the University of Leicester in the UK, with a focus on organizational psychology, leadership and performance and is an Associate Member of the American Psychological Association.
As part of giving back to the community, Gregg mentors young entrepreneurs, many who run busy, diversified businesses!
