Mick Lavin MBA

Mick is an Agile Coach, Executive Coach, Trainer and Mentor. He works with individuals and teams to help them realize their potential.

With over three decades in the IT industry, across three continents, Mick has broad international and cultural experience working with teams and management in the hi-tech world.

Currently, Mick works as an Agile Coach with Dixons Carphone Centre of Excellence, in the Czech Republic. On a daily basis, he works with individuals and teams to help improve performance and deliver customer value.

Working as an Agile Coach and Mentor, Mick crosses organizational boundaries and works with management to align organization strategy and vision with the activities of the teams.

Mick holds an MBA, is an accredited Leadership & Executive Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and an ICAgile accredited Agile Coach.
