For the last 17 years Rada built a track record of successful implementation of HR Development programs in Leading Organizations across the Middle East both as a Lead Consultant and Head of HR. She is an Expert in the Telecom industry, served more than 12 years of her career as Head of HR Development in one of the telecom operators in the middle east. Her main experience is in the field of mobilizing the Human Capital to achieve the corporate strategy through building innovative HR practices that support achieving the company goals while keeping the employees engaged and motivated.

Rada is a Master Neoru Linguistic Programming Practitioner and ACC Coach; she finds her highest joy in supporting people in designing their growth journey to become the best version of themselves. Blending her people development experience, psychology, leadership and neurology she delivers transformational programs for individuals and organization in the fields of change and culture, performance and theory of achievement, and female leadership.
