Dr. Winters has also served as an interim HR executive in several companies.

She has a well-established track record of designing and implementing world-class solutions in challenging global environments resulting in performance and productivity improvements. She is committed to helping organizations perform more successfully while supporting all. Jeanette is a champion for the people she serves from the chief executive officer to the front line customer service professionals, manufacturing technicians, and mid-level managers.

Jeanette holds a doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington, D.C.
