Rick focuses his work with clients on two questions: Why do people support us? Why do people resist us? He found that leaders who can answer those questions do a far better job of build support, energy and forward momentum for their projects and other big changes at work. His model of resistance and support for change is used in organizations around the world. Personally, Rick has worked with clients in the US, Canada, Trinidad, Guyana, Russia, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, India, and the Netherlands. In addition to his work with leaders, he performs jazz in the Washington, DC area and New York.
