Lisa Templeton, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist, author, speaker, musician, and founder of The Interpersonal Healing Center in the Denver Metro Area in Colorado. She recently self-published her book, Letting It Be: Mindful Lessons Toward Acceptance, a guide to promoting acceptance of life’s difficulties, as well as knowledge of self with an emphasis on compassion, love, spirituality, and mindful awareness. The book is a finalist for the 2018 INDIES Book of the Year Award!
Dr. Lisa started The Interpersonal Healing Center to aid her community in providing compassionate care for all ages and backgrounds, while also addressing the importance of our relationships with each other and with ourselves. She enjoys doing radio appearances and speaking at various events, has been an adjunct professor at several universities, including Naropa, and currently teaches classes and workshops on mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and acceptance.
